Career coaching focuses on specific 'career development' issues, including direction choices, career change strategies, and job-search skills. I don't address emotional or mental health issues; if I notice you need psychological counseling during our conversation, I'll be honest and recommend appropriate resources.
Can one session solve my problem?
It depends on your problem's complexity. If it's a single clear decision (e.g., Company A vs Company B), one session is usually enough. If it's direction exploration or complete career change preparation, consider the multi-session package.
I'm not sure what my problem is — is coaching right for me?

How do I decide the number of sessions for the package?
